List your property (with up to 50 photos which you provide) for just $350 per six months, harnessing the power of thousands of Realtors throughout Southwest Florida -- in both Collier and Lee Counties! At the same time if you find your own buyer, you retain the right to sell on your own. To participate you just fill out a packet of information for input which we email to you; provide the photos; and once you are up and running, you set showings up directly with SWFL Realtors who contact you by text, phone or email. You decide how much compensation (or if) you are willing to offer the Buyer's Agent upon completion of your sale. Meet the Realtors in person or provide access though your lockbox.. Need a lockbox? You can lease a "Realtor access only" Supra for $50 during the term of your listing. Open houses? You do your own, while we update those for you on the Multiple Listing Service. Don't want to do your own? We do provide additional a la carte services, such as writing up offers if you find your own buyer, responding to offers, showing your home upon request to appointments, and manning open houses.
